Union Minister Nitin Gadkari also mentioned the death of Cyrus Mitri in a car accident at an event. Gadkari had also talked about fines during this program. Gadkari said that the person sitting in the seat next to the driver of the car has to put on the seat belt, as well as those who do not use the seat belt in the rear seat of the car, then they will have to pay a fine. These rules will be applicable for all cars. It will have to be implemented by the state governments.
