J&K: Regulation Of Payment Of Wages To Daily Rated Workers And Casual Labourers: In a circular issued by Codes Division of F.D, payment of wages to DRW/CL Whose Aadhar based Biometric authentication hs been reported to F.D, to be made as per d notified rates, taking into account d no.of hours & on basis of mandatory biometric attendance.

 

Notification: Attention of all Administrative Departments is arawn towards Government Order No. 121-F of 2022 dated 23.04.2022, whereunder, wages of duly engaged Daily Wage earners, including Casual Labourers, have been revised to Rs. 300/. (Rupees Three Hundred only) per day w.e.f 1″ of April, 2022.

The payment of wages in favour of the Daily Rated Workers, including Casual Labourers shall be regulated as under:
