As per the forecast issued on 17 October, it was mentioned that there is a slight possibility of snowfall on 20th morning in Shopian plains and in case there is any, it won’t be significant. Forecast remains the same still.

Shopian has been receiving snowfall from last half an hour.

Snowfall is likely to continue in the coming hours and may get more heavy, however no significant accumulation is expected.
Weather is expected to clear by late afternoon.
